High-Grade Gold Result of 17.88 g/t Au Confirmed at Tati Greenstone Project

06 February 2026 | Botswana

Falcon Metal Resources Botswana is pleased to report the confirmation of a high-grade gold assay result of 17.88 g/t Au from surface grab sampling at its Tati Greenstone Gold Project (PL0121/2025), located within Botswana’s highly prospective Tati Greenstone Belt.

The assay result was returned from independent SGS South Africa fire-assay analysis (30 g AAS) and represents the highest grade recorded to date from the current exploration program. The result confirms the presence of high-grade gold mineralisation within a broader, structurally controlled mineralised corridor consistent with historic gold production in the district.

A total of 20 surface grab samples were collected and analysed as part of an early-stage exploration program designed to validate historical data, confirm mineralisation styles, and identify priority targets for follow-up work. The high-grade result occurs within an Archean greenstone sequence known to host shear- and vein-hosted gold systems similar to nearby deposits within the belt.

Geological interpretation indicates that gold mineralisation is structurally controlled, hosted within quartz-carbonate-sulphide veins and altered shear zones. Widespread low-level gold anomalism across the licence further supports the presence of a continuous mineralised system with potential for scale.

While grab samples are selective and not representative of average grade, the results materially de-risk the project at an early stage and validate the geological model underpinning the licence. Importantly, the confirmation of high-grade gold supports advancement to the next phase of exploration.

Next Steps

The Company will now progress to:
   •    Systematic trenching and channel sampling across priority structural targets
   •    Detailed structural and geological mapping to refine mineralisation controls
   •    Definition of priority drill targets for shallow drilling programs

These activities are aimed at testing grade continuity, mineralised widths, and the broader economic potential of the project.

Cautionary Statement

The reported results are early-stage exploration results and do not constitute a mineral resource or reserve. Further exploration, drilling, and technical studies are required to determine the extent, continuity, and economic significance of the mineralisation.
