PL121 GOLD PROJECT — STRATEGIC TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
PROJECT OVERVIEW & GEOLOGICAL CONTEXT
The PL121/2025 Gold Project, held by Okavango Geomatics and Resources (Pty) Ltd, covers 10.36 km2 southeast of Francistown within the Tati Greenstone Belt (TGB) — Botswana’s premier Archean gold-producing terrane. Our license hosts the disused Globe Gold Mine and is adjacent to the Map Nora (8.1 g/t Au) and Golden Eagle (1.44 g/t Au) deposits, providing a highly prospective geological setting within a known mineralised corridor.
GEOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK:
➢ Host Terrane:
Archean metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks of the Lady Mary Formation intruded by tonalitic and granodioritic plutons.
➢ Structural Control:
NNW–SSE trending shear zones and fault systems acting as conduits for auriferous
hydrothermal fluids.
➢ Mineralization Style:
Gold hosted in quartz–carbonate–sulphide veins and sericitised shear zones, associated
with arsenopyrite and pyrrhotite, analogous to Map Nora and Golden Eagle.
➢ Geophysical Character:
Coincident magnetic and geochemical anomalies define structurally controlled targets over 2 km strike length.
